11. Cancellation by the User

Suggested cancellation structure:

• Same-day cancellation or non-attendance: no refund may apply

12. Rescheduling

A rescheduling request depends on Pandit availability.

The original Pandit may not be available on the new date. In that case, we may:

15. Samagri Arrangements

Samagri arrangements may follow one of these models:

• The family and Pandit divide the materials
• A third party supplies a prepared kit

You must confirm the arrangement before the ceremony.

When the family arranges samagri, it remains responsible for purchasing the correct quantity and quality.

When the Pandit arranges samagri, additional charges may apply.

Perishable items, flowers, fruits, food and prasad may not qualify for refunds once purchased.

16. Venue Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the venue:

• Permits the ceremony
• Allows havan or open flame where required
• Provides adequate ventilation
• Offers safe access
• Has sufficient seating
• Meets building and society rules
• Does not expose participants to unreasonable risk
• Provides required permissions

You should obtain permission from:

• Property owners
• Housing societies
• Hotels
• Banquet halls
• Offices
• Hospitals
• Educational institutions
• Other venue managers

We may refuse or modify a havan when the venue does not permit fire or smoke.

17. Fire and Health Safety

Havan involves a controlled fire and may produce heat and smoke.

• Supervise children

• Provide a stable place for the havan kund
• Follow venue fire rules
• Inform the Pandit about respiratory sensitivities
• Keep suitable fire-safety arrangements nearby

Religious services do not replace medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.

18. Marriage-Related Services
